IT Talent Acquisition Partner / IT Talent Sourcer
- attract talented developers (fill open positions) to join our projects;
- develop a solution (SaaS) to solve issues in Talent Sourcing process.
- find and ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes - from job ad creation, recruitment marketing, selection of candidates, conducting interviews & assessments to offer & on-boarding;
- identify relevant sourcing channels;
- work hands-on in improving (developing) our recruitment tools & processes;
- generate new ideas how to motivate our employees and make our processes more effective;
- you love working with people and do have experience of recruitment in the IT industry (3+ year);
- fluency in English and Lithuanian;
- good communicative and organizational skills;
- ownership - you don't wait to be told what to do;
- a sense of curiosity and tech-savviness;
- you know how a job ad should target the right audience.

Salary offered: 2.600 - 5.000 €/month (gross)
