What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to determine requirements of IT positions;
  • Take a part in recruitment process: look for candidates, share job ads, help organise the interviews;
  • Generate new ideas how to motivate our employees and make our processes more effective;
  • Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that would be in line with the company’s Talent Acquisition goals as well as look for new innovative sourcing ideas to attract exceptional and diverse candidates;
  • Search for potential candidates globally via social media and professional networks;
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System);
  • Update, release and manage current and new job advertisements;
  • Support a Talent Acquisition team with tasks related to the recruitment process;
  • Be a humble team player, ready to learn or re-learn. ♥
