Junior Service Delivery Manager
Hi, I am Laurynas Urniežius, lead of Service Delivery Management team in Telia. I have gathered a great team of like-minded professionals that I am really proud of and we are currently looking for ambitious and forward-thinking Junior Service Delivery Manager.
Your next challenge?
Your job is to take care of our customers and drive them as change and escalation manager. This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, IT demand management and customer relationships. You will spend a lot of time on your own, talking to customers, but you will have a lot of back-up from IT operational support teams and their leaders. Your primary focus is a positive customer experience of IT services ensuring smooth Customer IT infrastructure changes and continual service improvements of provided IT services.
This could be achieved by close collaboration with internal IT support teams and their leaders, constantly providing suggestions for service improvements, coordinating change implementations, proactively recognizing and resolving service delivery issues, professional service review management and client IT roadmap ownership.
I am looking for a person who has experience in IT system/platform administration or have direct service delivery management experience.
Who you are?
You are a person who know there’s no excuse for missed availability targets, outages, or unresolved problems. I expect you to adhere to the following requirements:
ITIL foundation level competence;
Have good interpersonal skills to interact with a customers and colleagues;
Positive attitude, high motivation and problem-solving skillset;
Have at least 2-4 years working experience in IT services;
Good understanding of IT and business processes;
Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);

We offer a monthly base salary from
Total Base Pay Range 1777 Eur (gross) to 2221 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
