Junior Software Dev (Full-Stack, PHP/Symfony/React)

We manufacture customisable interior products and sell directly to customers online. Our main brand is myspiegel.de, serving more than 100 000 happy customers a year. Join our software development team in Kaunas and help us build the next version of our shop, using Symfony and Sylius e-commerce framework.

Both remote and on-site (in Kaunas) options are available. You'd have to be in a similar time zone (GMT+3) if working remotely. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:
  • Developing a Symfony and Sylius based e-commerce solution with the help of senior colleagues;
  • Learning rapidly to become a productive and self-sufficient team member.


Requirements:
  • Written English (our code, docs and code reviews are all in English);
  • Some professional experience working in a software development team (optional if able to demonstrate good technical ability);
  • Proficiency in any one of the popular programming languages, familiarity with PHP and JS.

Following non-tech skills would be a plus:
  • Spoken German;
  • Ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas in writing (in any language).
