Task information:

The Export Director is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the export strategy of the Olvi Group. This position involves developing export business, managing and growing international sales channels, establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and ensuring the successful execution of export operations. The Export Director will work closely with CEO-s (Supervisory Board) and Sales Directors (Advisory Board) of the Olvi Group companies to drive business growth, expand market share, and maximize profitability in overseas markets.

  • Develop and execute the company's export strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential international markets for beverage products, considering factors such as market size, consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and competition. Take measures to protect OLVi Group IPR when necessary and reasonable.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market share, and competitive activities in international markets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting international trade.
  • Manage the export sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Make proposals for hiring and discharging of employees of the export team to SB.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients in target markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of trade agreements with international partners.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics and supply chain teams to optimize export operations, including order fulfilment, transportation, and delivery. Organize the sales and ordering process of the export products (production planning, despatching conditions, content of the packages, etc).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping requirements.
  • Build and manage strong export marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to each international market and/or client.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the global beverage industry.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on export sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to supervisory- and advisory boards.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in FMCG international sales, business development, or export management within the beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, import/export regulations, and international trade practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing export strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes related to exporting goods.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
