Senior Project Manager

Job description:

  • Effective management of strategic infrastructure projects ensuring control of project timelines, budget, scope, resources, and risks.
  • Organizing teamwork and ensuring smooth cooperation between all project participants – internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing technical documentation required for successful project implementation.
  • Providing regular reports to the project owner and the project team on project progress, results, and challenges.
  • Initiating, evaluating, and controlling project changes while applying best practices in change management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing infrastructure or construction projects (preferably in the public sector or engineering infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and apply technical/project documentation.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong focus on results and high-quality project delivery.
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in continuous improvement/LEAN and knowledge of its tools and principles (advantage).
