Job description:

  • Lead end-to-end operational performance and full P&L ownership of business units.
  • Oversee the entire client journey to ensure exceptional service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements in key metrics such as client feedback, scheduling efficiency, throughput, and automation.
  • Optimize service flow, resource allocation, and operational capacity across multiple processes and locations.
  • Manage and develop teams of 300+ employees, ensuring labor discipline, productivity, and cost control.
  • Direct day-to-day operations across all hospitality and service areas.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, technology, and digitalization projects.
  • Ensure financial rigor, compliance, and operational governance.
  • Evaluate the existing operating model with a fresh perspective, proposing improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead high-volume operational environments, ensuring stability during peak periods and growth phases.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities and deliver unified operational outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading operations in a complex, multi-departmental or high-volume service environment
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution.
  • Solid financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization.
  • Experience leading significant organizational change and improving processes end to end.
  • Ability to deeply assess and re-design operational models, bringing initiative, fresh perspective, and strong change ownership.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process optimization is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic, less structured settings.
  • Strong client orientation, commitment to service excellence, and openness to innovation.
  • High maturity, ownership, and the ability to take projects from idea to full implementation.
