Senior C# Backend Developer

• Be involved in the design process of programs, working closely with architect;
• Deliver new features, updates, bug fixes for existing products across the backend, frontend, and database layer;
• Prepare and perform releases of software components;
• Improve development workflows (CI/CD, testing, code review practices).
• Serve as mentor/coach to more junior team members.
• Translate non-technical and technical requirements to appropriate audiences.

Minimal requirements:

• 5+ years of C# development experience, strong interest in problem solving, strong analytical skills & independence;
• Experience with both .NET and .NET Framework;
• Strong experience with SQL technologies and stored procedures (MSSQL, PostgreSQL);
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and knowledge of ASPNET.MVC, JQuery is advantage;
• Familiarity with advanced C# concepts – async/await, multithreading, linq, generics, etc.;
• Understanding of common design patterns.

Nice to have qualifications:

• BS/MS degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices and message brokers;
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols;
• Experience with ORMs is an advantage (EF core, Dapper...);
• Experience with system-level C# (tcp sockets, streams, hex strings, byte arrays etc.);
• Understanding of cryptography and its concepts.
• Gitlab CI/CD experience
