Our tech stack:
Most of our codebase is currently in C#, but we are moving deeper into C++ as we grow.
We run our systems in both cloud environments and physical datacenters.

Requirements:
What we expect from you:
1) Deep understanding of one of the following languages: C#, Rust, C++, C, Java, Golang, Assembly. If you use a feature, we expect you to understand how it works and why it exists.
2) You can explain where performance comes from and why some code is faster or slower — whether for technical or algorithmic reasons.
That’s it. Those are all the requirements.
What does not matter:
1) Years of experience - mastery takes time, but we can not put a number on that.
2) Type of development you did - we have hired people who never worked on low latency systems before.
3) Knowledge of finance and trading - you will learn all you need here.
The bar of entry is high, but do not be afraid — different people have different strengths.
Some win our hearts by their knowledge of algorithms and quick wits. Some by deep understanding of technical details and nuances.
