
General Manager
Task information:
The new Neftelf General Manager will have overall responsibility for the company’s operations in compliance with the Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards and with the relevant local and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Full financial and leadership oversight of the business.
- Accountability for Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards application during operations and maintenance of the facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the critical equipment performance, maintenance, and no disruption to the fuel supply,
- Budget preparation.
- Preparation of pricing proposals, negotiation with existing and potential clients.
- Compliance with all agreements by authorities, shareholders, users, new entrants to the company, legal, facilities insurance.
- HR planning, recruitment, training, coaching, and development for the employee in compliance with the Labor law.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial position to supply and logistics operations and with good HSEQ knowledge and culture.
- Experience in ensuring Health, Safety, Security & Environment within the company’s activities.
- Experience in budgeting, understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, proactivity, and ability to generate new ideas.
- Very good organizational skills, ability to manage large team.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Fluent Lithuanian language skills.
- Valid driving license.
