Task information:

• Dealing with rental bookings by providing excellent and efficient customer service.
• Performing administrative paperwork (completing and checking rental agreements, administrating client fines, preparing offers, etc.).
• Communicating with clients and colleagues in different countries.
• Preparing rental vehicle for use (car wash, refueling, tyre change, maintenance, etc.).
• Organizing and performing vehicle deliveries & collections to/from the agreed places.

Requirements:

• You are a perfect fit if you:
• Are flexible, polite, and have a dynamic and brave personality with a “can-do” attitude to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Hold a driving licence (category B) with a clean driving record.
• Are ready to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Speak Lithuanian and English well (knowledge of any other language will be a big advantage).

Salary offered:

1.200 €/month (gross)
Salary 1200 Eur gross + monthly bonus system based on additional sales up to 350-1400 Eur gross monthly depending on the season.
