Task information:

Royal Unibrew is currently seeking a motivated Senior IT Service Desk Specialist to join newly established team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing exceptional support to internal users globally. If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to IT service requests and incidents submitted by users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Performing software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Assisting with user account management, including access provisioning and password resets.
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Documenting support processes and creating knowledge base articles to empower users.
  • Participating in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a technical support role or IT helpdesk.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Capability to work in shifts (8 a.m. – 9 p.m.).

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Network (Cisco) , Azure, Intune, printer, Zisson and/or SAP knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Experience with Freshservice.
