Who We Want:
We are looking for candidates who are truly passionate about servicing our clients and helping to create a world-class services organization.
This business-oriented individual will focus on driving and assuring operational excellence and quality of services delivered to BV clients.

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Requests (calls, cases, chats) evaluation processes for Tier1 and Tier2 support teams
  • Handling and solving escalations with the customers
  • Responsible for constantly coaching and mentoring Tier1, Tier2 support teams on quality which would include 1x1s, shadowing, providing real-time feedback
  • Bringing employees up to speed on the latest processes and reinforcing the needed changes
  • Reporting and monitoring on quality results
  • Working time – US shift (3 PM-12 AM)

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a thorough understanding of quality assurance principles and be a highly motivated self-starter. Good technical knowledge of software support would be a great advantage.
Under general direction, you would participate in defining standards, driving continual improvements to quality assurance processes, and delivering exceptional documentation.

Essential requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills; comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands on experience in providing feedback for employees
  • Proven experience improving services quality and efficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and show initiative to take on tasks
  • People management experience preferable
  • Exceptional reading comprehension skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Additional language skills would be an advantage
