Task information:

Currently we are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join growing Littelfuse Global Compensation department in Kaunas office. This role will partner with HR Business partners to evaluate jobs, administrate the annual incentive plan and merit cycles, assist in creating compensation education sessions for managers/ HRBPs and participate in compensation-related projects. This role will report to the Compensation Manager located in the USA.

About the role: 

  • Partner with global HR Business partners to evaluate jobs for global consistency; recommend job levels and job profiles, and create/maintain job descriptions for new and existing jobs
  • Administrate the annual incentive plan (AIP) and merit cycle setup in Workday including cycle configurations, pre-cycle data audits, follow up with local HR partners and business leaders, cycle corrections and cycle adjustments
  • Assist in the creation of global training material for both managers and local HR teams
  • Assist in report preparation and analysis to discover data trends, outliers, and errors
  • Review market pricing details and annual job matches
  • Work with Compensation Leadership on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, policies and procedures, budgeting, implementation of new programs, and acquisitions due diligence and support.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated compensation analysis experience with extensive experience in the discipline of market pricing, benchmarking and job evaluation highly desirable.
  • Advanced excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and computation skills
  • Self-starter with strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, confidentiality and with good judgment
