AR Accountant

As an AR Accountant for the Polish market, you’ll be an integral part of our sub-ledger accounting team, helping to build strong financial operations while supporting our global business. Your day-to-day will include:

• Processing customer invoices, and incoming payments accurately and on time.
• Reconciling AR subledger balances with the General Ledger, and investigating discrepancies.
• Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue invoices.
• Be a key contributor in developing the credit control process within our ERP- system, and its alignment to the CRM platform(s).
• Supporting the Customer Service team as well as external Collection parties in handling customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Supporting accrual analysis and contributing to AR-related reporting and KPIs.
• Collaborating with global finance teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow.
• Supporting transitions of AR processes into the Kaunas team and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Some hands-on experience or internship in accounts receivable or accounting—ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• A solid grasp of accounting principles and eagerness to deepen your financial knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and ownership mentality.
• A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and solve problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team setting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Polish language skills are considered a plus
