Job description:
Project coordination & support
- Track daily progress and prepare simple status updates
- Help keep tasks and deliverables on schedule
- Act as the key point of contact for the US team from the EU side, as well as for teams in India
- Communicate clearly, follow up where needed, and ensure alignment across teams
Customer & delivery support
- Review tasks before they move to the next stage to ensure information is complete and accurate
- Help unblock issues for contractors and team members by responding quickly and clearly
- Perform basic quality and consistency checks between workflow stages
- Flag issues, missing details, or risks to the right stakeholders
Quality discipline & communication
- Maintain structured documentation and well-written ticket updates
- Work in an organised, process-driven way with strong attention to detail
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and ways of working
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, QC, delivery coordination, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ownership of tasks
- Ability to work in structured workflows and follow processes
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across international teams
- English - at least C1 level
