Job description:

Participate in financing processes of trucks, buses, construction equipment and related services;
Administer new and existing leasing contracts, including initiation, activation, modifications and terminations;
Communicating with clients and vendors via email and phone;
Working with internal systems, uploading documentation to Dokobit, and issuing invoices;
Address customer and dealer inquiries, resolving them directly or coordinating with appropriate departments;
Collaborate cross-functionally to support and develop smooth and efficient operational processes

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, finance, or insurance (e.g., leasing, loan services).
Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
Be able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Financial literacy skills: ability to review, analyze, and validate financial data and contracts;
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
