IT PROJECT MANAGER

Role overview:
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, development teams, and external IT partners in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, implementation)
• Implement projects according to Group regulations
• Ensure effective communication with Holding and other stakeholders at all stages
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Control scope, timelines, risks, and changes
• Provide project status reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support IT budgeting and contract/vendor management

• Experience in IT project management
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
• Solid business and analytical mindset
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Proficiency in Polish would be a strong advantage.
