Job description:

Develop and manage product category assortment in Baltic region.
Plan sales volumes, manage product orders, and monitor product movement across the store network.
Maintain internal communication with suppliers, conduct contracts with new cooperation partners.
Set competitive pricing, ensure agreed products quality standards.
Participate in non-standard situations, solving related to product deliveries and quality issues.
Manage and analyze commercial data (turnover, sales prices, expenses etc.) and suggest ways to optimize costs.
Analyze product assortment and market trends in Baltics.

Experience in Purchasing field.
Higher education.
Excellent Lithuanian, English skills; German language is an advantage.
MS Excel – daily usage skills. Knowledge and skills in Google Workplace are desirable.
Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
Ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, and present them to internal business partners.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to make prompt and independent decisions and justify them.
B-category Driving license; willingness to go on business trips.
