Job description:
Website & Content Management:
Manage brand websites (EQUITONE, Cedral, Eternit/Euronit). By the end of March, transition to one unified website while maintaining all 4 brands (CMS – Optimizely).
Social Media (High Focus):
Schedule, publish, and manage social media content created by local market teams, ensuring timely and consistent execution.
Paid Advertising:
Support paid advertising activities with a hands-on, execution-focused role (non-strategic), helping to broaden and scale ongoing campaigns.
SEO:
Strong focus on SEO activation and implementation based on recommendations from outsourced SEO experts.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Work with HubSpot to support email activation, prepare and send emails, update templates, ensure content accuracy, and provide reporting.
Always-On Campaigning, Data, Reporting & Governance:
Support always-on brand awareness campaigns by monitoring performance, ensuring campaign health, and proactively optimizing activities when opportunities arise.
Requirements:
- Experience in a digital marketing role with some proven application of digital marketing activities.
- Experience with one or more CMS systems (e.g. Optimizely (preferable), WordPress, Joomla, Sitecore or others)
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Project management skills and coordination. Ability to make presentations (internal and external)
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Understanding of AlwaysOn campaigning principles and ability to translate them into digital content and activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus
- Be driven by the challenge to constantly learn and optimize.
- Be proactive and react quickly to the business demands.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
- Be self-starter and a team player with good communication skills, you can express your ideas clearly, structured and convincingly.
