Job description:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data centre construction projects (10–100M EUR) across the Baltics, Nordics, and the UK.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate project execution from concept and technical design through procurement, construction, and handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors, designers, and equipment suppliers.
- Oversee implementation of mission-critical engineering solutions in close collaboration with the internal engineering team.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks; respond effectively to unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure structured and transparent communication with clients regarding project progress, milestones, and key decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal project management processes to enable parallel delivery of multiple projects.
- Take full ownership of project performance, quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and subcontractors (selection, negotiation, evaluation, performance control).
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- Results-oriented, accountable, and able to operate effectively in a high-responsibility, technically complex environment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, able to adapt quickly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in technology and engineering-driven projects.
- Understanding of data centre reliability principles, energy efficiency, and cooling technologies will be considered an advantage.
