Job description:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Servier compliance policies
Implement Servier global compliance program in Baltics and participate in any global compliance projects as required
Conduct regular compliance monitoring
Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of transparency reports
Carry out data privacy related tasks, specifically supervising handling data privacy incidents, data subject requests, processing activities and privacy notices and data privacy procedures.
Overseeing all legal matters for Servier Baltics, except Labour Law
Handle legal documentation, draft and review agreements with third parties

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or Life Science
Proven 3-5 years’ experience in compliance and/or legal roles with specialisation in pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages
